Born on May 22, 1969, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Michael Kelly plays Mike November from the earlier TV series and the now follow up feature film, “Jack Ryan: Ghost War.” A versatile character actor, he achieved widespread fame and four Primetime Emmy Award nominations for his portrayal of the ruthlessly loyal political fixer Douglas Stamper in the Netflix drama series “House of Cards.” His television credits include standout roles as Byron Westfield in “Special Ops: Lioness” and Johnny Viti in the DC miniseries “The Penguin,” while on the big screen he appeared in major films such as “Dawn of the Dead,” “Changeling,” “The Adjustment Bureau,” “Man of Steel,” and “The Wolf of Wall Street.”

Andrew Bernstein is a television and film director and producer, who directed the feature film, “Jack Ryan: Ghost War.” Born into a creative family in New York City, he is the son of Academy Award-nominated screenwriter Walter Bernstein and actress Judith Braun. After graduating from Bowdoin College, he worked as an assistant director on major feature films in the 1990s, including “12 Monkeys,” “Eraser,” and “Batman & Robin.” Bernstein went on to be a television director and executive producer. He has helmed episodes for many prestige series, including “The West Wing,” “ER,” “House,” “Mad Men,” “The Americans,” “The Umbrella Academy,” and “Ozark.” He also served as an executive producer and director on Stephen King’s HBO miniseries “The Outsider” and AMC’s “Fear the Walking Dead.”
