Mini-Biography:
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Justina Machado found fame playing Vanessa Diaz on HBO’s “Six Feet Under.” She went on to play Brenda on USA Network’s “Queen of the South” and had popular recurring roles as Darci Factor on The CW’s “Jane the Virgin” and as Maya on NBC’s “Superstore.” Along with starring roles in TV series “Missing” and “Three Rivers,” Machado also appeared in “ER,” “Body of Proof,” “Private Practice,” “The Fosters,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Ugly Betty,” and “Devious Maids,” just to name a few.
