She’s the daughter of reggae singer Bob Marley, and now she is bringing the “Bob Marley Hope Road” live show to Las Vegas. Host Lori Rosales has the honor of interviewing the Grammy-winning singer Cedella Marley.

SIDEWALKS host Lori Rosales interviews Grammy-winning singer Cedella Marley, the daughter of reggae singers Bob Marley & Rita Marley and mom to singer Skip Marley. She talks about her father and the new live interactive show, “Bob Marley Hope Road,” honoring the music, life, and legacy of the legendary Bob Marley at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The interview begins with a clip of our 2022 interview with Skip Marley, who was joined by co-founder Kathryn Leary to discuss the fitness platform, OneFirelight.

Mini-Biography:

Born on August 23, 1967, in Kingston, Jamaica, Cedella Marley is a Grammy-winning singer, entrepreneur, and author who has dedicated her life to preserving her parents’ (Bob and Rita Marley) legacy. As a founding member of Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers and the mother of musician Skip Marley, her musical career includes three Grammy Awards. Professionally, she is the CEO of Tuff Gong International and the Bob Marley Group of Companies, managing the family’s global intellectual property through Marley Holdings. Furthermore, she directs the Bob Marley Foundation (advancing education and community development in Jamaica) and supports sports advocacy as the ambassador for the Basketball Association of Jamaica, promoting the growth of the sport among Jamaican youth. She is an executive producer for “Bob Marley Hope Road.”
