Mini-Biography:
Liv Morgan, whose real name is Gionna Jene Daddio, was born on June 8, 1994, in Morristown, New Jersey, and raised in Elmwood Park. A lifelong wrestling fan who grew up practicing moves in a backyard ring with her five siblings, she signed with WWE in 2014 and initially performed under the ring name Marley in NXT before debuting the Liv Morgan persona. After rising to prominence as a member of The Riott Squad in 2017, she transitioned into a successful singles career, eventually capturing the SmackDown Women’s Championship in 2022 by cashing in her Money in the Bank contract. Known for her high-energy style and resilient “Watch Me” attitude, her signature finishing move is the ObLIVion, a springboard spinning flatliner performed off the ropes. Her accolades have continued to grow with multiple Women’s World Championship reigns, a Women’s Royal Rumble victory, and four stints as a WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion. At the recent WrestleMania 42 (held on April 18, 2026, in Las Vegas), Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the Women’s World Championship.
