Zimmerman (marionette designer and performer); Joseph Gotto (rising filmmaker); Skirmishers (a staged-combat group); Glenn Haywood and Paul Nathan (magicians); The Boogie Down Jugglers (a popular environmental juggling duo); and Karumanta (Andean music group) and Araucaria (a South American dance troop).
Spotlighting of San Francisco Bay Area Music:
From rock to alternative, R&B to jazz, a long-list of rising Bay Area musicians and groups have appeared, including Premiere (from San Jose), Bay Area Music Award Winner and blues musician Joe Louis Walker (Marin County), The Jenny Thing and Randy Wilson (Berkeley); Coal Train, Ciara and Chant (San Francisco); Ron Matthews (Oakland); The Big Picture (El Sobrante); D Groove (Daly City); Eddie G, SixSense and Impact (Richmond); and Cry Red (Pleasanton). In addition to the musical artists appearance, many of the acts have been featured in exclusive mini-music videos which are produced and directed by the creative Sidewalks crew.
