Scarlet Hunter is an Australian-born actress, specifically from Sydney, who is currently starring as Jodi Larsen in “Blue Skies.” A trained performer who earned an Advanced Diploma in Screen Acting from the International Screen Academy in Sydney in 2016 and later completed the Enhanced Summer Curriculum at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York in 2022, Hunter’s career began with a screen debut on the Australian soap opera “Home and Away.” Her television credits have since expanded to include playing Bethany Hills in the crime documentary series “Deadly Women” and the lead role of Claire in the web series “Damned Youth.” On stage, she is well-regarded for her work in the Sydney theater scene, most notably portraying the title character in “After Miss Julie” at the Sean O’Riordan Sydney theater and appearing as Sarah in “Antisocial Media.” Her portfolio also features roles in short films like “Trapped,” appearances in music videos such as “Mind over Matter” (American Girl), “The Million” (Headcheck), and “Rubber Ducky” (Danny T), and various commercial campaigns for brands like ING and Hoyts Rewards.

Born on April 2, 1993, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Markian Tarasiuk is a Canadian actor and filmmaker who stars as Ryan Miller in the procedural drama “Blue Skies,” where he plays a search-and-rescue ranger. He began his professional acting journey at the age of 14 at the Manitoba Theatre Centre and later graduated from the Studio 58 theatre program in Vancouver. Tarasiuk’s acting roles include Netflix’s “Virgin River” and “The Night Agent,” as well as the horror film “There’s Someone Inside Your House.” A staple of romantic dramas and holiday films, he has starred in numerous Hallmark and UP Faith & Family projects such as “Christmas Jars,” which earned him a Canadian Screen Award nomination, and “Welcome to Valentine.” Beyond acting, Tarasiuk is an accomplished director and producer, recently making his feature directorial debut with the 2026 mystery-thriller “Hunting Matthew Nichols.”
