Mini-Biographies:

Born on December 30, 1964, in Houston, Texas, and raised in Lindale, Kelli Finglass is known as the longtime Director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC). She first joined the organization as a performing squad member, cheering from 1984 to 1989. After a brief tenure in corporate marketing, she transitioned into management for the franchise, ultimately being named the squad’s director in 1991. Finglass was the co-star and executive producer of CMT’s long-running reality series “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team” (2006–2021). She has featured role in Netflix’s documentary series “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.”

Raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Reece Weaver is a dancer and digital content creator who skyrocketed to national fame as a breakout star on the Netflix documentary series “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.” She began her classical dance training at age three and later earned a dance scholarship to the University of Alabama, graduating in 2023. Immediately following graduation, she successfully auditioned for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC). In addition to her cheerleading, her journey on the show captured her personal life, including her April 2024 marriage to her college sweetheart, Will Allman. In June 2026, following the release of the show’s third season, Weaver announced her official retirement from the squad after three seasons, describing the exit as a voluntary “heart decision” to step into her next chapter. Now based back in Alabama, she is transitioning into full-time content creation — highlighted by her popular “Floral Friday” design series — while writing an inspirational mentorship book for young women and pursuing her long-held dream of performing on Broadway.

Born in Wellington, New Zealand, and raised in Perth, Australia, Faith Ward is an international dancer, digital content creator, and the breakout rookie star of season three on the hit Netflix documentary series “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.” She began dancing at age two and built an early career performing on international cruise lines. Upon making the team, she secured her place in franchise history as the first New Zealand-born cheerleader and only the third Australian-based dancer to ever wear the iconic uniform.
