Professionally, she is the CEO of Tuff Gong International and the Bob Marley Group of Companies, managing the family's global intellectual property through Marley Holdings. Furthermore, she directs the Bob Marley Foundation (advancing education and community development in Jamaica) and supports sports advocacy as the ambassador for the Basketball Association of Jamaica, promoting the growth of the sport among Jamaican youth.
