Mini-Biography:
Born and raised in the Bronx, David “Ceaser” Emanuel is a tattoo artist and star and executive producer of VH1’s “Black Ink Crew.” His first Black Ink store opened in Harlem and then three more tattoo shops in New York, Atlanta and New Orleans. Besides being on his show, he appeared in episodes of fellow VH1 programs, “Love and Hip Hop: New York” and “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.”
