Mini-Biographies:
Born on December 28, 1982, in Los Angeles, California, Beau Garrett — who plays Abigail Reese in the Paramount+ drama “The Madison” — first rose to prominence as a face for GUESS and Revlon in the late 1990s. She transitioned from a successful modeling career to the screen with a breakout television appearance on “Entourage” before making her feature film debut in the 2006 horror-thriller “Turistas.” Some of her career highlights in films include portraying Captain Frankie Raye in “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer” (2007) and “Siren” Gem in the sci-fi epic “TRON: Legacy” (2010). On TV, Garrett was seen for five seasons as Phoebe Conte on Bravo’s “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce,” a series regular run as Jessica Preston on ABC’s “The Good Doctor,” and as Cloud in Netflix’s “Firefly Lane.”
Born on February 8, 1990, in New York City, Ben Schnetzer — who plays Van Davis in “The Madison” — is a versatile actor and the son of veteran performers Stephen Schnetzer and Nancy Snyder. Raised in Manhattan, he made his feature film debut in 2007 playing the title role in the independent drama “Ben’s Plan” before moving to London to refine his craft at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He earned widespread critical acclaim for his “chameleon-like” ability to master diverse accents, most notably as Jewish fugitive Max Vandenburg in “The Book Thief” (2013) and Northern Irish activist Mark Ashton in “Pride” (2014), the latter of which earned him two British Independent Film Award nominations. His career has spanned major blockbusters like “Warcraft” (2016), intimate dramas such as “The Grizzlies” (2018), and leading television roles in FX’s “Y: The Last Man” and Netflix’s “3 Body Problem.”
