Born August 15, 1978, in Los Angeles, California, Brooke Williamson is a chef, restaurateur, and television personality. Beginning her culinary career at age 15, she trained under acclaimed chefs such as Ken Frank and Daniel Boulud, becoming the youngest sous chef at Michael’s of Santa Monica at age 19 and the youngest female chef to cook at the James Beard House. Williamson achieved national prominence through reality television, finishing as the runner-up on season 10 of Bravo’s “Top Chef” before returning to win season 14, and later winning the inaugural season of Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions.” Her extensive television credits include serving as a recurring judge on “BBQ Brawl,” starring as a titan on “Bobby’s Triple Threat,” and appearing on shows like “Guy’s Grocery Games” and “Knife Fight.” Beyond her media career, she has co-owned and operated several acclaimed Los Angeles-area dining establishments, including the multi-concept venue Playa Provisions, and co-founded the hospitality group Company for Dinner.

Born September 29, 1978, in Frederick, Maryland, Michael Voltaggio is a chef, restaurateur, and television personality. After completing a prestigious three-year culinary apprenticeship program at The Greenbrier, Voltaggio built an acclaimed fine-dining resume working in top kitchens, including Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen and The Dining Room at the Langham Huntington. He achieved national stardom as the winner of season six of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” competing alongside his older brother, Bryan Voltaggio. Following his victory, Voltaggio earned widespread critical acclaim for his flagship West Hollywood restaurant, ink., which GQ named the best new restaurant in America in 2012. Beyond his restaurant ventures, he has become a fixture on Food Network, serving as a titan on “Bobby’s Triple Threat,” competing on “Tournament of Champions,” and appearing as a judge and host across various culinary series.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ayesha Nurdjaja is a chef, restaurateur, and television personality known for her bold Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. After earning a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education, she honed her skills in leading New York City kitchens, including Felidia, Picholine, and Bar Boulud. Nurdjaja achieved widespread culinary acclaim as the executive chef and partner behind Shuka in SoHo and its sister restaurant, Shukette, in Chelsea, the latter earning a spot on The New York Times’ top restaurant lists. A James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: New York State, she has also expanded into television as a recurring competitor and judge on Food Network programs, including “Tournament of Champions,” “Chopped,” and “Beat Bobby Flay.” Nurdjaja joined Voltaggio and Williamson as a Titan in Season 4, replacing original Titan and fellow “Top Chef” alum Tiffany Derry. Additionally, Nurdjaja runs her self-titled YouTube channel (@ChefAyeshaNurdjaja), where her primary ongoing series is “Stoop Sessions.”
