talks about having a healthy heart

Two-time Emmy® award-winning actress
Sela
Ward has graced TV screens in several
popular series, including NBC's Sisters,
ABC's Once and Again and recently on
FOX's House. On the big screen, she has
been seen in blockbusters “The Day after
Tomorrow” and “The Fugitive.”
Sela received the CableACE award for her
portrayal of Jessica Savitch in the biographical
movie “Almost Golden.”
In the June 2006 interview with Sidewalks
host
Cindy Rhodes, Sela talks briefly about the
popularity of Sisters, her
fall 2006 feature film "The Guardian" with stars
Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher,
and her first authored book, “Homesick: A
Memoir,” about her life growing up in the South.

has joined forces with Kelloggs' Smart
Start Healthy Heart* to educate women on
what they can do to prevent heart
disease and support the American Heart
Association’s Go Red for Women Movement.
