In this third interview
with Mira, she is joined by her father, actor
Paul Sorvino. The two talk about working
together, Paul's side businesses, and how Paul
didn't want his children go into acting. In
addition, they talk about “Diabetes Co-Stars,” a
program designed not only to encourage people living
with diabetes to inform themselves about diabetes
treatments and lifestyles, but also to provide
helpful information to their families and
supporters.

Born in Tenafly, New Jersey, actress Mira Sorvino
co-starred in Woody Allen's 1995 "Mighty Aphrodite,"
a film which won her an Academy Award® for Best
Supporting Actress.
Mira also appeared in films such as "Beautiful
Girls," "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion,"
"Mimic," "The Replacement Killers," "At First
Sight," and
"Wise Girls."
Mini-Biography of Paul Sorvino:
Born and raised
in Brooklyn, New York City, Paul Sorvino, who
has been in showbiz for around 50 years, is probably
best known for his roles as Sgt. Phil Cerreta on
Law & Order and Paulie Cicero in "Goodfellas."
Paul made his Broadway debut in the 1964 musical "Bajour,"
while his first film as "Where's Poppa?" Other film
roles include "Red," "The Stuff," and "Nixon." Paul
also starred in the TV series That's Life,
We'll Get By, Bert D'Angelo/Superstar,
and The Oldest Rookie.
Beyond acting, Paul launched "Paul Sorvino Foods" in
2007, which markets a range of pasta sauces. He is
also part owner in Janson-Beckett Cosmeceuticals.
