Jane on acting career and "Blind Dating"
A multiple Emmy® and Golden Globe® winner, and
recipient of the Officer of the British Empire (OBE),
Jane Seymour has proven her talents in
virtually all media, the Broadway stage, motion
pictures and television.
Although she appeared in many project, Jane is best
known as the Roger Moore's Bond girl in "Live and
Let Die" and as the star of the CBS television
series, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
Jane's past projects include: "Sinbad and the Eye of
the Tiger," "Battlestar Galactica" (movie and TV
series), "East of Eden," "Oh Heavenly Dog,"
"Somewhere in Time," "Lassiter," and "War and
Remembrance." Some of her recently projects are
Smallville, Law & Order: Special Victims
Unit, Modern Men, How I Met Your
Mother, Justice, In Case of Emergency,
and the film, "Wedding Crashers." She was a
contestant on season five of ABC's Dancing with
the Stars.
In March of 2008, it was announced that Jane will
star in The Hallmark Channel's "Dear Prudence," a
two-hour pilot that could launch a series of
TV-movies on the cable network.
