Actress Kelly Rowan, who stars as Kirsten Cohen on FOX's The O.C., is perhaps best remembered for starring opposite Samuel L. Jackson in the motion picture thrilled “187” as well as roles in such feature films as “Assassins" and "Hook" and TV projects inclduing Boomtown, "A Girl Thing," "Anya's Bell," and "Adrift."
