Meet the man behind the
hit song "Sunday Morning"
Born in Toronto, Ontario, k-os (real
name Kevin Brereton) is an award-winning Canadian
rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer.
In 2002, k-os
released his debut album, "Exit," which won several
music awards including the "Album Design of the
Year" award at the 2003's Juno Awards for Canadian
musical artists and bands. His second CD, "Joyful
Rebellion" came out in 2004. The third CD,
"Atlantis: Hymns for Disco," was released in the
United States in February 2007.
In this
March 2007 interview, correspondent Natalie Manuel speaks to
k-os about his artist name, the differences about
his three albums, and what he wants to accomplish in
his career.
