Mini-Biography

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Johnny Knoxville (real name Philip John Clapp) is best known as the co-creator and one of the stars of the TV series Jackass.

Beyond starring in the Jackass TV series and its its subsequent films, Johnny is also an actor. He played Luke Duke in the big screen adaptation of "The Dukes of Hazzard." Other films include "A Dirty Shame," "Daltry Calhoun," "The Ringer," "Men in Black II," "Lords of Dogtown," "Coyote Ugly," and the 2004 remake of "Walking Tall."
