Bobby Flay is
a restaurateur, popular TV chef and author.
He is the owner
/ executive chef of several critically-acclaimed
restaurants: Bolo and Bar Americain (located in
New York City), Mesa Grill (New York City and
Las Vegas), and Bobby Flay Steak (Atlantic
City).
Bobby hosts several
Food Network TV shows, including Iron Chef
America, Throwdown with Bobby Flay,
BBQ with Bobby Flay and Boy Meets
Grill. Additionally, he has authored
several cookbooks such as "Boy Meets Grill,"
“Boy Gets Grill,” and “Bobby Flay's Grilling For
Life: 75 Healthier Ideas For Big Flavor From The
Fire."
