Mini-Biography
Born in Mount Prospect, Illinois, Lee DeWyze is an accomplished singer, guitarist, and songwriter, who built a following in the Chicago club scene. He has own band called The Lee DeWyze Band.

During the 2009-10 season, Lee auditioned for American Idol. In May 2010, he became a part of an exclusive club: a winner on Idol (season nine).
