James talks about `Housewives` and having
allergies
The second of three children born to a dentist and
his wife in Nashville, Tennessee, James Denton
is best known as plumber Mike Delfino, Teri
Hatcher's love interest in the hit TV series,
Desperate Housewives.
James has appeared in TV series Philly,
Threat Matrix, and The Pretender. Other
guest roles include The Untouchables (the
series, not the movie), Sliders, Dark
Skies, Moloney, Two Guys and a Girl,
Ally McBeal, The Drew Carey Show, and
JAG.
Some of his feature films role include "That Old
Feeling", "Face/Off" and "Primary Colors."
Included in People Magazine's 2004 "Sexiest Men
Alive" issue, James loves animals and supports
"rescue" efforts on the front-line, by taking strays
off the streets and finding them good homes. Jamie
has also been a big brother/mentor and continues to
contribute his time to other causes close to his
heart. He resides in Southern California with his
wife and their two children.
