Grew up in South Fallsburg, New York, singer Gavin DeGraw's big break came when his single, "I Don't Want to Be" was chosen to be the theme song for TV's One Tree Hill.

In 2004, host Cindy Rhodes talked to a somewhat sleepy singer / songwriter in a two-part interview taped in the back of his tour bus.
