Born in New York, Dana Delany's major fame came as Colleen McMurphy on the drama series China Beach. Current TV viewers know her as Katherine Mayfair on Desperate Housewives.

Other starring TV roles include Pasadena and Presidio Med.
She has guest starred in Castle, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Family Law, Related, Boston Legal, Kojak, The L Word, and Battlestar Galactica. Dana has also appeared in a number of movies for big and small screens: "Exit to Eden," "A Promise to Keep," "Light Sleeper," "Housesitter," "Fly Away Home," "True Women," and "Resurrection."

Dana is also a voice actress, where she can be heard playing Lois Lane in Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, and The Batman.
