of John Cena
Born in
West Newbury, Massachusetts, John Cena is a
wrestler, hip hop musician, and actor.
He has wrestled for Ultimate Pro Wrestling and Ohio
Valley Wrestling, but Cena is best known for being a
superstar in World Wrestling Entertainment
(WWE). According to WWE.com, Cena first held the
United States Championship, winning that gold three
times before becoming WWE Champion at WrestleMania
21. Since then, he has held the WWE Championship on
three occasions.
Outside of the square ring, John starred in the movie,
"The Marine" and "12 Rounds." Additionally, Cena
released the rap album, "You Can't See Me."
Cena was a contestant on Fast Cars and
Superstars: The Gillette Young Guns Celebrity Race.
Other guest appearances include MADtv,
Punk'd, Manhunt, and Deal or No Deal.
In this 2009 interview with SIDEWALKS host
Maaika Westen to promote the film "12 Rounds," Cena
talks about being a wrestler and what he enjoys
doing in his growing showbiz career.
