Known as “The Running Nutritionist,” she is the author of books “The Anti-Stress Diet,” “The Vegetarian Sports Nutrition Guide,” “The Tropical Diet,” and “Eating Disorders Throughout the Lifecycle: A Guide for Health Professionals.”
