Video Content: Salma Hayek and Antonio Banderas – Puss In Boots (2011): SIDEWALKS host Maaika Westen has a sit down interview with the voice stars of “Puss In Boots.” Besides discussing about their work on the animated film, they talk about being reunited (since first working together in 1995′s “Desperado”) in films and how they handle, respectively, being in the public eye with fans.
Born in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Hayek is an actress and producer. She received an Oscar® nomination for Best Actress for her role in the film. “Frida.” Some of her film projects include “From Dusk Till Dawn,” “Fools Rush In,” “In the Time of the Butterflies,” “Dogma,” “After the Sunset,” and “Grown Ups.”
Born in Málaga, Andalucía, Spain, Banderas is an actor, who has appeared in such films as ”The Mask of Zorro,” “Assassins,” “Evita,” “Interview with the Vampire,” “Philadelphia,” “Spy Kids” and the “Shrek” sequels, where he introduced the “Puss” character.
Hayek and Banderas also appeared together in “Frida” and “Once Upon a Time in Mexico.”
