Gibson's back with Apocalypto | Film Review by Sidewalks' Executive Producer Richard R. Lee

Following his bloody and very violent film, 2004’s “The Passion of the Christ,” comes Mel Gibson’s latest epic. “Apocalypto.” I didn’t know what to expect from the film, since I never read any material about the plot – not even newspaper articles. I like to be surprised on some movies. I just knew there was a lot of talk about the film, since Mel’s run in with the law last year. The Mickey Mouse film division, Touchstone Pictures, was a bit nervous that Mr. Gibson’s trouble may create a poor showing of the film. In any case, this doesn’t affect the review.

In "Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj," Taj Badalandabad picks up where Van Wilder himself left off. And now that Taj has learned the art of snagging females and partying like it's 1999, he's out to show other rejects (who Taj once was) how it's done. But was this sequel really necessary? And will it spawn other sequels?

The "Sexy Movement" as coined by Justin Timberlake. And guess who's joining the movement....Robin Thicke. That's right … the son of well known actor Alan Thicke (Growing Pains).
